This guide will walk you through a Psychiatry consult performed with the CuraviCart from the physicians view.



The first screen that you will see is the login screen. Here you will want to enter your username and password.



Once signed in, you will see a list of open consults. The Psychiatric consults will have a purple banner and labeled as Pyschiatry.



Next, click on the Assign to me button and enter your callback phone number and click OK.



When ready to conduct the consult, click on Start Video. This will contact the cart and the video will start once the nurse answers.



When the cart answers the call, the video connection will load.



Once in the video call, you will see the video navigation bar, which will allow you to Mute, Get Help, Hide, and End the call.



To mute your microphone, click on the MIC icon located on the far left of the bar. As see in the screenshot above, the mic has been muted.



By clicking on the ? Help icon, you will then be presented with the Icon Definitions button, click on that to display the Help window.



If for any reason, you must minimize the Video window, simply click on the Hide icon. This will hide the video screen and allow you to click on the minimize button in the top right of the CuraviCare app.



When you are ready to return to the video, simply click on the Back to video button for the consult.



Once you have concluded the consult, and the consult is ready to be ended, simply click on the End button to hang up.



You will be asked again if you are sure that you want to hang up. At this point, click on Hang up to end the call or cancel to return to the video.



Once the consult has been ended, you will return to the list of Open Consults. The consult that you just ended will still be in the list. To end and to finalize the consult, click on the Close button.
